The Oxfam Hertford Bookshop
Originally occupying premises in Railway Street and then in Market Place, the Oxfam Bookshop in Hertford moved to its present location in Maidenhead Street in September 2001.
A Second Hand bookshop, it sells a wide range of donated books.
From best selling fiction to children's books, from travel guides to classic literature, from reference works to biographies and from collectable rarities to comics, with a multitude of categories in between, the chances are that we will have something of interest to most readers.

Did You Know?
Oxfam is the largest retailer of second hand books in the UK and Europe. selling in the region of 11 million books each year.
One of Oxfam's most valuable book so far was a 17th century treatise on economics that raised £18,000.00 at auction in 2005.
Of the 750 plus Oxfam shops around the UK, around 100 are specialist bookshops or book & music shops.
